Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Some banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. This processing time is beyond our control, but typically does not exceed 14 business days from the date we issue the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order number
• The date of your return
• The method of return (tracking number if available)
• The amount you expect to be refunded

We will investigate the matter promptly and provide you with a resolution within 5 business days.
